Sunny + Pat :: York Mills Gallery Wedding
Toronto Weddings , August 14, 2019
I knew Sunny from one of my very first weddings, so I don’t need to say how excited (and honoured) I was to shoot this wedding. It was a gorgeous day and we had a lot of places to go. We started at The Westin to get a few shots of the guys getting ready, then headed to the girls at Sunny’s parents house. The festivities started with the ceremony at Young Nak Presbyterian Church, followed by the PaeBaek (Korean tea ceremony) at Dragon Pearl restaurant.
Our portrait session was at the beautiful Glendon Campus of York University. I absolutely love this place. It’s a great mixture of nature with old and new architecture. I could shoot there for hours and we got a lot of great variety. Some of my favourite photos.
Finally we ended at York Mills Gallery for the reception where we got a lot of great speeches filled with laughter and tears. It was an absolutely beautiful day for a wedding. Here are a few highlights.
Thanks to Samara of Sarelle Photos for helping me out with this one.
