Yan + Gerald :: Lake Moraine Engagement

Last month the family and I flew to the Rocky Mountains to attend a wedding of a close friend. My wife is a bridesmaid and I am the photographer. The forecast was terrible all week, so we took advantage of the one sunny day to have an engagement shoot. I was super stoked to shoot in the rocky mountains. I could go absolutely anywhere in the Banff National Park and find inspiration. However, I’ve always loved one location since my first visit … Lake Moraine. Everyone talks about the nearby Lake Louise, but in my personal opinion, Lake Moraine is much more breath-taking and superior in all ways.
