Cheryl-Lynn + Matthew : an Espace Canal Montreal Wedding

I met Cheryl-Lynn almost 6 years ago at her sister’s wedding in Huntingdon, Quebec. This was back when I was in my first couple of years of shooting weddings. Back then I remember thinking “I hope I get to photograph Melissa’s sister’s wedding. This family is pretty cool.” Imagine my surprise when Cheryl-Lynn contacts me 6 years later. A lot has changed since then. I’m now doing this full-time. My style has evolved, hopefully for the better. I have grey hairs, 3 kids and I groan when I get up from a chair. But I digress. Earlier this month I got to witness another beautiful wedding with an abundance of emotions and tears and laughter. We started with photos along the picturesque downtown Montreal, then a gorgeous outdoor ceremony at Espace Canal L’Ambroisie, followed by and incredible reception wonderfully organized by Stefan Jez of Uptown Xpress.
